  • Shipping & Rates: Ships within Egypt only via Bosta. Standard shipping is a flat EGP 100, but free for orders over EGP 5,000 .
  • Delivery Timeframe: Orders are dispatched in 1–2 business days (Sun–Thu) and arrive within 5–7 business days.
  • Exchanges: Only size exchanges are accepted within 20 days of delivery (no design exchanges), subject to stock availability.
  • Return Costs: Outbound exchange shipping is free for qualifying orders, but the customer covers the return shipping fee for the original item.
